Never fully understand myself, much less life

Sorry my lovely reader, I am a wreck as of late. My position on Poison is getting better. He doesn't control my thoughts, but he's always there, sitting in the background. Things are smoother between us. I've slowly learned that actual communication, not what goes on in the conversations in my mind, is what really changes things. And body language is a huge factor, as well as a simple "Hi" whenever you see a friend. That can completely change their day, and yours. "Random acts of kindness", the most ignored and underestimated phrase.
